All these picture were taken in my home town, and I had a blast getting to use a nice camera. I experimented a lot with the shutter and aperture settings, and loved figuring out how they work. The first two 3 shots all had a "low-numbered" aperture setting, for a shallow depth-of-field. The "Country" picture had a very "high-numbered" aperture setting, allowing for the foreground and background to both be clear. The truck picture was fun because I was done shooting and then ran into it parked across the street, and thought it was awesome. (Also a "low" aperture setting). I did some slight edits on the pictures such as increasing the contrast and burning a few of the edges.

  1. The shots of the tractor step and old truck are amazing! Green in my favorite color and the way you've captured it in those two photos is breathtaking.

  2. I really like the picture of the old truch. Be careful though with angle shots though. It's hard to go back and edit them to be straight shots.

  4. I enjoy the angle that you took on the steps and the truck. I think it adds to the photo. I also like the pine creek colors photo. The colors in that are very nice.
